Music for the near-deaf of short attention spans, Stereo Decimator was an idea I had for another cartoon music making group; in this case a duo composed of Takaro Yi, a Japanese/Chinese electronics whiz who emigrated with his family to Scotland after his father decided that he was fed up with making robots for Honda and would prefer operating a Chinese restarant in the grim north; and Bill Rourke, a native Scot, ill-tempered, mostly talentless, and a petty thief.
The music is terrifically loud, and should be played-back with that in mind.
